To help strengthen your Chi flow in preparation for the winter we are doing a 4 weeks series on the ” 8 pieces of silken brocade” known in Chines as “Ba Duan Jin” (Baduanjin). The origins of the “8 pieces” are ancient, the modern form is traced back to Marshal Yeuh FeiĀ  who lived in the 12th century. This form is one of the most practiced Chi Kung forms of china, because it’s practice delivers results. The “8 pieces of silk” was hand picked by the Chi Kung federation of BeiJing as one of the 4 official forms to be taught to improve the health of the Chinese nation. Join us in the practice of this classic energy building form, you will learn the whole set in the course of this series.

Form: 4 week series on the “8 Pieces of Silken Brocade”
Dates : Wednesdays September 14, 21, 28, Oct 5th. 6:30-7:30 pm.
Cost is $ 48 for Wu Xing members, $ 60 for non-members. (taxes not included)
