This program offers a very effective approach for any one wishing to learn Tai Chi. This course lays a strong foundation. Sets up the Tai Chi player for optimal health benefits by teaching the foundational principles. Goals of the Level I Tai Chi Course : 


Leave with the ability to lead a beginner Tai Chi class

Learn the first set of Tai Chi. ( 21 movements)

Learn the foundational principles of the art (see course content)

Learn the history of Tai Chi
