This program offers a very effective approach for any one wishing to learn Tai Chi. This course lays a strong foundation. Sets up the Tai Chi player for optimal health benefits by teaching the foundational principles. Come and learn to do it right in a fun and comfortable environment.This course is also good for those seeking to deepen their understanding of their own practice. 

 

Goals of the Level I Tai Chi Course : 

 

Leave with the ability to lead a beginner Tai Chi class

Learn the first set of Tai Chi. ( 21 movements)

Learn the foundational principles of the art (see course content)

Learn the history of Tai Chi

  • First Set of Tai Chi Chuan : 21 movements

  • Breathing 

  • Alignment

  • Empty and Full       

  • Five Directions

  • Health Benefits & History of Tai Chi Chuan
